Sectional doors HÖRMANN

HÖRMANN sectional doors consist of prefabricated panels made of hot-dip galvanized steel, coated on both sides with synthetic polyester. Steel panels are reinforced with additional profiles using special adhesive technology. In the LPU 40, the insulation is made of 100% non-freon polyurethane rigid foam, the stability being provided by the sandwich panel structure and the edges of the edges. Thanks to the sandwich panels and the four-sided rubber seals, the door has a very good heat transfer coefficient of 1.4 W / m2.K. Sectional doors move vertically along the guides and do not require free distances to the door and the ceiling. HÖRMANN sectional doors are designed in accordance with the European safety requirements - EN 13241-1, namely: - Due to the patented shape of the frame, panels and hinges with 2-4 mm minimum clearance, it
is impossible to pinch fingers and injuries on both sides of the door; - the engine springs and ropes are duplicated, hidden and fitted with a trapping device, which means that the door can not be dropped (more than 30 mm) and injuries to the breakage of a spring or rope; - the guide rails are completely closed and, together with the wear-resistant and adjustable drive rollers, prevent the self-defeating of the door. Doors are protected from burglary, and to prevent water ingress of dust and leaves in the room are provided with upper, side and lower rubber seals. The door can be equipped with a HÖRMANN standard production engine for easier operation For more information about Sectional doors you can contact our consultants.
