Smoke vents

Smoke vents are a part of the smoke and heat exhaust system. These products are harmful to human health from combustion such as smoke, CO2, heat, etc. They are mainly divided into facade and roofing. The facades are usually part of the glazing of the building and visibly do not differ from the other windows. This type of smoke exhaust can have a different opening, such as opening a lower or upper axis, outwards or inwards. Even when designing the complete Smoke and Heat Exhaust System, the type and size of the smoke vents is selected in accordance with the requirements of the European standard EN 12101. In this version, MY DOOR offers a solution with an automated GEZE system with electric drives , who in case of emergency open the smoke vents. All of them are commanded by a GEZE control system. The other option is roofing vents. Built on the roof of the building, they perform the function of natural dehumidification, as in the facade vents. As roof vents are also used for natural light, they are widely used in industrial buildings. The need for natural daylight, daily ventilation, and the

removal of smoke and heat in an emergency necessitates the use of roof vents. Perfect solution for industrial buildings, warehouses, sports facilities and others.
