Industrial Sectional Doors
Sectional doors are made of hot-dip galvanized steel covered on both sides with synthetic polyester, making them extremely resistant to aggressive atmospheric influences. The model SPU F42 is made of sandwich panels, 42 mm thick. The polyurethane foam filler, 100% free of carbon monoxide and freon, provides a heat transfer coefficient k = 0.5 W / m2.K according to DIN 4108. The polyurethane foam is poured by a computer-controlled method into a continuous process that ensures absolute and evenness. In SPU F42, thanks to the increased thickness and resistance of the panels, it is possible to install a pedestrian door. The doors are tested as building models, have a certificate of EN 13242-1 for construction and are marked with the CE mark, which shows compliance with the technical standards in the European Union. The HÖRMANN sectional industrial doors are designed in accordance with the European safety requirements - EN 13241-1, namely: - thanks to the patented shape of the frame, panels and hinges, and
the minimum clearance of 2-4 mm, it is impossible to press your fingers and injuries on both sides of the door; - the engine springs and ropes are duplicated, hidden and fitted with a trapping device, which means that the door can not fall (more than 30 mm) and injuries to the breakage of a spring or rope; - the door rails are completely closed and, together with the wear-resistant and adjustable drive rollers, prevent the self-deflection of the door; Doors are protected against burglary, and to prevent water ingress of dust and leaves in the room are fitted with top, side and bottom rubber seals. Sectional doors move vertically along the guides and do not require free distances to the door and the ceiling. The low-threshold door is also unique, allowing easy and fast transfer of goods and passing through. For more information about Industrial Sectional doors you can contact our consultants.
